Q: QuestionDo they have noise cancelling for phone calls? do they connect to two devices at same time? can I use only one of them to talk and hear?
Asked by Simon.
- A:Answer I can't answer all of these questions but they do support one ear operation. Phone call quality is questionable. Sometimes they are good and sometimes the person on the other end can barely hear me

Q: QuestionCan you control the volume with the button on the headphone?
Asked by Julian.
- A:Answer Yes. Go into the Soundcore app, and under settings, set up your preferences for each button on the left and right earbuds to control volume. I set mine up as a long press on the right earbud as volume up and a long press on the left earbud as volume down. Works perfect.

Q: QuestionHow come only my right earbud is working
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer You really should read the instruction booklet that came in the box. It clearly states: In the pairing process, some devices are incompatible with Qualcomm True Wireless Primary-Secondary dual pairing names, it may notice “connection unsuccessful” when you tap “Pair” or even no screen popped out. Don’t worry and it will not influence the using. • Once successfully paired, the primary earbud connects with your device and transfers signal to the secondary earbud, the latter one will not connect with your device. As a result, in the Bluetooth pairing list on your device, it may indicate that only one side is connected while the other side is not Hope this helps...

Asked by caringcust.

Q: QuestionHi my question is I have seen videos of reviews that says that when u are listening to music u can hear A Hissing noise has that been fixed on Soundcore Liberty 2 pro ? I really want this earbuds but that makes me want to know before buying
Asked by Martinez.
- A:Answer Actually, they do have a VERY slight “hissing noise” that is noticeable when you first play something but is so slight that the music easily overwhelms it. That was actually a concern of mine as well before I purchased them but, I am pleased to say that it is not as huge of a deal as people make it out to be and I actually forgot until I saw this question that they did that! Of course, it may be that some people are more sensitive to those sounds as well.
