To fix the mic issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:
- Use the regular phone call (not calling APP, VoIP, Messenger etc.) at a different quieter place to see if it makes any difference.
- Forget the Bluetooth history.
- Reset the headphones by holding the Power and Volume+ buttons for 5 seconds.
- Try it with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue persists.
Please note that the microphone cannot work when the headphones plugged in an aux cable.
