QuestionI’ve had my select pro for a month And it doesn’t sound as loud as it did a few days ago. The setting/equalizers are in place and it sounds like it’s stuck on low setting. All the speakers are working and it’s fully charged. Connection to app good.

- Answer She or he has the speaker in signature sound setting, itvis not that loud in that mode, he or she has to put it back in custom mode then it will be very loud, set the equalizer the way that you want it to sound, iv dropped mine a few times and it has scratches here and their, but i love my anker sound core select pro it sounds soooo good, its the best bluetooth speaker i have ever had and it has so much bass and clarity thanks anker

QuestionAnker team, When I unpair or suppose disconnect a connected device from select pro it should then start blinking blue Bluetooth light, however, the light simple go completely off & device is still on. I did a hard reset but same issue. Is it a glitch?

- Answer - Confirm the speaker is fully charged Hold Bluetooth and Vol+ for around 5-10seconds to reset - Reset the speaker by holdin Bluetooth and Vol+ for around 5-10seconds to reset - See if it will connect after doing all those steps - Try the speaker with another device - Ensure there are no physical objects hindering the Bluetooth connection from the SoundCore to the device they're connected to (such as a doorway or wall)

QuestionWhy does my motion boom slow down music and pitch, then speed it up? It’s very frustrating and I’ve tried everything. Restart speaker, restart BT connection, factory reset, restart phone. I have a Flair+ and I never experience this.
