Hello Todd, It is possible. If you connect your cable/sat box to the SoundTouch 520 console via HDMI and then connect a second video output from the cable/sat box to another video input on your TV, you should be able to choose your audio source, then change inputs on the TV to access the video stream. Many cable/sat boxes do not have 2 HDMI outputs, so you may need to use component (red/blue/green) connections for the second video stream.
