“How do I charge it? I just received this speaker and I cannot get anything to light up when I plug it in! I don’t know if the cord is faulty or what? I’ve plugged it directly into a USB outlet and also to an adapter and then into an outlet. Nothing lights”

There's an extremely small red light between the minus "-" and power butter. When plugged in, if it's slowly blinking (which means you have to watch it for awhile as it will turn off for awhile, then on for awhile), it's charging. If solid, it's fully charged. If it's fastly blinking it's less than 15% charged.

Have you checked with another cord and see if it works? or have you tried to turn it on? sometimes it arrives with some charge. Then you may be able to see if the speaker is working or the cord is the fault.
