“Just checking to make sure this will fit the new iPad 12.9 pro with m1 chip ? Does it have a clip for the Apple Pencil”

• Wouldn't be too sure about this fitting. They've said that the 2021 12.9 iPad Pro is thicker than the previous because of the new backlit led screen added. And this portfolio along with many others are designed for a particular thickness when locking it in. Odds are this will not work.

• I just received the non microban version which I assume is the exact same size as this one and it’s ‘close but it doesn’t fit my 2021 12.9” IPad Pro unfortunately.

• I can confirm this fit the new 2021 12.9" iPad Pro. The pencil fits fine in its charging spot on the iPad next to the clip to keep the cover closed.
