• No, the case does not have a magnetic closure. It has a clamp in the center that keeps it closed. Only part that is magnetic is the small flap over the camera.

• Yes. It has the sleep/ wake feature for the iPad Pro. Although for the iPad mini 6th gen it doesn’t; it was kind of a let down. Since I like that feature for the bigger iPad.
