I strongly doubt it (even if the other answer here says that a BB staff member said it does have this feature). CNET's specs lists the privacy filter as a feature on the more expensive model you mention (13-AE014DX) but not on this model. They appear to be identical otherwise.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thats what the BB rep said to me too. HOWEVER, I bought it and I do not see it. I wonder if im just not doing it, or its just not really there....
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The model in the store does have it, however this model does not. Actually the rep in the store was standing next to me showing me the computer and said the screen was played with and looked very bright to him. I was standing straight on and thought the screen looked great. Once he walked away and I started walking away I saw what he was talking about. Came back to computer and saw the F1 key. Pressed it and realized it was the privacy screen causing the poor image the rep was seeing. I bought the computer online, but it doesn't have the privacy screen. Not sure the actual model number in the store, same specs as this one, but it doesn't have it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes this model does have the Privacy filter. Confirmed in store.
