- Answer No, they did not hook up ice machine. In fact ice machine came by UPS delivery so we unpacked and had to hire a plumber to hook up. Ice machine works great.

QuestionInterested in this machine. For those who have purchased this machine or the site that is selling it, how are the cubes, thin and melt quickly or thick and last. we had a bar ice maker so we are looking for something of good quality. Please advise.

- Answer The ice is with a hole in the middle and they melt quickly once you put in a drink . But it works ok the machine makes the ice quick too. For the price of it is ok . If you want something more professional you know you have to pay much more .

QuestionHow quickly will this produce ice? If there are 1440 minutes in a day and this unit makes 110 pounds of ice daily, that works out to one pound of ice every 13 minutes. How does any business get enough ice out of the unit?
