Will this work with cards that have a chip ? null

Hi, Ben! The other answers are correct. This will read a chip card, but only through the magstripe on the cards.

There is readers for chip but the square only works on strip.

Not this model but Square does have a model available that accepts chips and Best Buy sells it.

Yes it will just slide it through.

It's only a swipe, not a chip reader, but I don't see why it wouldn't work.
