- Answer That is a good question - I’d been checking this every day on the reg, so I as shocked to see it was sold out when I checked it the last time. Odd, too, that all the others were available for quite some time after the preorders went live.

QuestionWhen will the Moff Gideon credit collection figure be live for pre-ordering? The information that Hasbro gave collectors indicated all of the store exclusives would be available for pre-order at 1:00pm on 9/9/2021. It is now 6:00am on 9/10/2021.

- Answer Did you verify your email? I was also waiting to get notified, but when I looked at the 'notifications' area on my account, it showed: 'need to verify' i didn't see this before. A day after I verified the account I got an email notification, and I was able to pre-order. Good luck!
