I'm not sure why Best Buy doesn't have a release date yet, but it appears that this is the case for most of the upcoming Black Series releases, see attached for an example. According to Hasbro (the manufacturer), the helmet is supposed to release on June 1, 2021, see https://hasbropulse.com/products/star-wars-the-black-series-wedge-antilles-battle-simulation-helmet. Most other retailers I have checked show it releasing around that date or shortly after. However, a few have it available right now, most notably shopDisney.com. I can only speculate that there is some kind of release embargo where Disney gets first crack at selling it with other retailers following shortly after, though I have not been able to confirm this is the case. I've also pre-ordered from Best Buy, so hopefully they will update soon.
