I would assume for both, say you got a Dominoes or Pizza Hut gift card and you make a purchase and opt for delivery. I would assume as long as there is enough funds on the card to cover the cost and potentially tip, I typically don’t get delivery service mainly because I like my coffee hot and having served to me at the store. What do you mean ? You can purchase some that are digital and for delivery it depends where is it going, within the US, yes it will work. Hope it helps, but delivery does take longer.
