Can this be set up outside and then connected via wire to indoor router? I am considering for use in a metal building I doubt the Wi-Fi would go through. null

The dish sits outside, it comes with an indoor router and cable. The cable is specifically for this so you can't just use any.

All the items for setup are included. I have a metal roof and it does not give me any issues. The dishy is outside and the provided cable from dishy to router which is inside gives plenty of signal to router.

Yes, but you'll need to purchase Starlink's ethernet adapter, which will sit between the Starlink router and your existing router or ethernet switch.

Using the ethernet adapter, I connected my Starlink router to my existing ethernet LAN (Cisco ethernet hubs and wireless access points). See my Substack for details on the installation:
