• Go to "settings" on your phone app and select "wifi calling." You can use your own cell phone (with wifi ON) - it will route calls and texts through wifi and doesn't cost extra on your cell plan.

• Starlink does not offer a VoIP service, just a connection to the internet. But you should be able to add a VoIP service once you have connectivity to the internet through Starlink.
