We bought the physical kit from Best Buy and picked it up there. Once we got it home, we arranged for an installer a neighbor told us about to install it for us -- we learned that Best Buy techs don't install on roofs and ours needed to be on the roof. Before he arrived, as the installer instructed, I downloaded the app and set up my account. He took it from there and we now... finally... have actual high-speed internet.
