Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Residential plan is $120 a month in 2024. Starlink does NOT have a phone number you can call. Starlink does NOT have an email you can contact them at. YOU CANNOT contact them unless you have an account set up with them. How do you do that? Not able to do this without a purchase. You buy their kit directly from them online at www.starlink.com and setup/activation will be easy. OR you buy a kit from Best Buy but BEWARE! You need a kit # to set up and activate your system. Where is this kit#? It is located on the Starlink (box) you buy. If you place the box upright, the very top of the box will have the kit# listed. It is very small writing and is NOT on a label as stated on the Starlink site. It is white digits on a gray box. REPEAT: You need the Kit# to set up and activate your Starlink account. You then go to www.starlink.com/activate and put in the kit # and follow the prompts. Your account will be set up. The account website is very user friendly. One other note: Best Buy Support was pretty much useless. They did not know where the kit # was located. They did not know you cannot contact Starlink. They informed me to go to the Starlink store. There is no Starlink store!!!!! I was looking at the Starlink box labels. All the labels DID NOT have the kit #. The kit # is hidden a bit on the box. Do not look at the label. Look on the gray portion of the box itself. Hope this helps somebody? I hope the Geek Squad reads this and takes appropriate training actions with their support staff.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I presume by “tax free disabled veteran”, you mean sales tax? That would be specific to your state. If you just mean at point of purchase, then buy at Best Buy. This would not relate to any tax exemption on your income tax return.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Standard monthly service is $120. There are other packages available though but that’s for their basic unlimited plan. They are difficult to get in contact with, especially prior to having an account. The only way to do this is by email, there is no phone number. Once you have your account setup though you can reach them via the Starlink app and they are pretty quick about contacting you then.
