This is probably a question for Starlink tech support to answer, but I'd guess that 1,000 ft of cabling would attenuate the signal so much that it wouldn't be stable. Starlink's cable and connectors are proprietary and I don't think they offer one that long, so you'd either need to have them make up a custom cable for you, or cobble something together by splicing another cable into the middle of their standard one -- pretty dicey. Your best bet is to mount it on or near your house; if you don't have a full 90-degree field of view like they recommend, you'll just have some times when the signal is unavailable for a few minutes because of the satellites being blocked.
