- Answer No, the USB31000S2H is supported for computers running one of the following operating systems: Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10, Windows Server 2003, 2008 R2, 2012, 2016, 2019, macOS 10.7 to 10.15, 11.0, Linux Kernel 2.6.25 to 4.11.x LTS versions only and Chrome OS. QuestionI have a Seagate backup that was used on my desktop with an RJ11 type connector. I need to access the data on the backup drive from my laptop which is USB. Will this adaptor work for this process? If not, are you aware of an adapter for this purpose?
