Hello! The chair comes with a feature that we know as Comfort dial which provides three back adjustment settings for the user’s personal preference and work style. This dial has three settings: (1) weight-activated setting; (2) boosted tension setting that has more resistance than your body is providing; and (3) an upright back lock setting. Thank you!
