“Some of my keys are unresponsive for some reason that I cannot deduce. I tried to take off the back so I could take a look at the reason behind the issue but it wouldn't come off. Is the back supposed to be able to come off? Also could I get it repaired?”

• Try to going to the app and change the keys response its rlly effective i tried that.

• The keyboard is not deisgned to come apart or separate. This would be something more towards our support team who would be more than willing to assist @ support.steelseries.com.
