• I recently bought the Arctic 3 as well. My son is using it on his Nintendo Switch. This Arctic 3 I bought came with two chords one for gaming and another cord that had to plugs on the end of it which I assume is for PC. Did you get the Arctic 3 with the two separate cords? If so use the other double-ended cord.

• Make sure the headset mic is not muted, make sure to check mic settings in the “recording” tab in the sound and audio properties

• You'll want to go to steelseries's website and download their Engine 3 software for full windows and driver support on your headset. Also right click on your speaker logo in bottom right windows, go to recording devices, and make sure the headset is your primary device.
