I recently bought the Arctic 3 as well. My son is using it on his Nintendo Switch. This Arctic 3 I bought came with two chords one for gaming and another cord that had to plugs on the end of it which I assume is for PC. Did you get the Arctic 3 with the two separate cords? If so use the other double-ended cord.

Also right click on your speaker logo in bottom right windows, go to recording devices, and make sure the headset is your primary device.
