• A:Answer Yes. They must have entered it wrong. Now its fixed. Only had for about a week and very pleased with them on the ps5. People who say otherwise must have something wrong. Ooical from TV does sound better. And so far the surround sounds better than the 3d I've heard so losing it with optical is perfectly fine. And they do get loud enough. Read they didn't. I think I'm only half turned up. Maybe there is faulty USB ports we dont know about yet causing problems

Q: QuestionAlways love best buy but what is up with the cost of insurance on these. Yes they have a tendency to snap at the hinge if you aren't careful but 119 for the 2 year warranty is pricey. Adorama is 5 years for only 90 and covers drops and spills. And $299.

• A:Answer BestBuy guarantees the $119 for two year warranty mostly because they are Guaranteeing their own existence for two more years of your purchase mostly because you can never predict anything but they are sure that their business Exists of people like you and they know there existence Is here to stay because they are one of the best companies that insure products individually no matter what happens to the item!?? MMM right because I don’t see any other company in the United States doing what BestBuy is offering for insurance and beyond thank you.
