Yes .... there are two mounts pictured, The one I need is the 0010053-2 according to escort for my MAX II which has a magnet inside of the slot for the steel tab to latch to. The other one is the 0010053-1 which has the slot and the circular indent at the end of the tab. So WHICH one did they send you? The product specs show the escort part number as 0010053-1, which is the wrong one for my detector.

I know, I ordered it to discover packaging clearly states it is not for max or max2. And you can tell by looking at it the “blade” is too large. Not sure what it fits.
