• Yes, it does. Put "Philo" into search field, then download and sign into your account. Our Tvs are Samsung.

• The device should handle majority of services; I have an older Sharp and installed this Roku on my 2015 4K LG; your subscription service should work I have subscribed to SlingTV; now with YouTubeTV; have had Amazon Prime for 7 years; I also use several free channels without any issues.
