“My screen is black and nothing comes up. What is wrong”

• when i first installed mine the screen went black. i unplugged the streaming stick from the hdmi port and plugged it back in. picture came back on and i have not had any trouble since. hope this helps.

• try rebooting your roku. See if this will fix the issue, if not see if you are using the correct hdmi and or channel
