• It should be able to be used on an older tv, as long as you have a usb port in the back. You don't have to have your computer on, just wifi.

They are available at Best Buy for about $25 to $30.00. You will receive high quality signals if the adaptor you purchase has a 1080 upgrade capability. You will not need to have your computer turned on to use the TV if you have Wi-Fi available from your internet provider. The signal will transfer from the Wi=Fi modem directly to the Roku device.
