• Yes you can, I have ROKU which includes live TV and it works fine.

• ye, you would activate apps for Hulu and any news channel you choose. they are all available on Roku. the channels may charge a fee. We have YouTube TV and LOVE IT!

• I am not sure. I have Hulu but not Hulu +. Best to contact Hulu.
