Are local channels available on SS + ? null

This is not a function of SS+ but the streaming service that you are subscribed to. For example, I use YouTube TV, which includes the local channels.

Not if you do not have Xfinity Stream. Supposedly an external local antenna can be connected but I can't get my ROKU to see it there.
