Thank you for your questions. The table adjusts from 29.75 inches -38.5" inches high. It can be adjusted in 1.5 inch increments. Yes, there are four locking casters positioned on the middle section of the table. The tabletop size is 58.25 inches wide x 36.5 inches deep.
