Dear BestBuy Customer, The SPX-SR9L pressure lance requires a minimum pressure of 2000 PSI and a maximum flow rate of 2.5 GPM to work effectively and it is designed to work with the pressure washer. It may not function properly if connected directly to a hose with city water pressure The diameter of the top tube 35.4 inches, middle tube 34.4 inches, and the end tube 38.4 inches.
