    • Answer Thank you for contacting the Sunbeam® Brand! We appreciate the opportunity to respond to your inquiry about the Sunbeam® Cordless Heating Pad. The actual operating temperature of a heating pad depends on many factors. Sunbeam® heating pads are engineered to produce heat that will not exceed the Underwriters Laboratory temperature limits (176°F) when used on a High setting. Also, the rechargeable lithium-ion battery can run for up to 4 hours on a single charge on the Low setting. We hope this helps. Have a nice day!

  • QuestionHow do I know when it is fully charged

    • Answer Thank you for reaching out to Sunbeam®. We understand that you are inquiring to know when the heating pad is fully charged. Once battery light is solid green, the unit is fully charged. Charging may take up to 3 hours (using the standard charger) and up to 1 hour and 15 minutes (using the quick charger). Hope this would help. Have a great day!
