QuestionIn the specifications, this product lists ''Electrical Stimulation Type Supported ~ Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS)', so does that mean it has EMS? It doesn't say that in the item description.

QuestionCan these be safely warn while sleeping?

- Answer The Manufacturer does not recommend for sleeping due to potential to burn skin. However, I have worn mine while taking a nap and had no issues.
