QuestionI cannot get the closed caption off the screen? The CC button on the remote does nothing? What do I need to do?

- Answer Hi Ron, Closed captions can only be turned on and off with the SunBriteTV remote (on the SunBriteTV) if you are using the coaxial cable as source input directly into the TV. If you are using any other input than coaxial (such as DVD player or cable box connected to the TV), the source (DVD, cable box) is driving the captions. In that case you'll need to use the source (DVD, cable box, etc.) remote to turn off closed captions. Hope this helps. Happy outdoor living!

- Answer Hi there. This SunBrite TV does have built-in speakers, but if you'd like to upgrade with an outdoor soundbar, we'd recommend the SunBrite premium outdoor soundbar model number SB-AW-SNDBR-M-B. However, it will require an amplifier. Our new 55" Veranda model (SB-V-55-4KHDR-BL) has a built-in amp for plug-and-play compatibility with SunBriteTV soundbars SB-AW-SNDBR-M-B and SB-SP557-BL.
