• Yes, there is a holder but the quality is not good. Mine cracked after a few days and I had to buy a new one.

• It does not come with a phone mount if that’s what you mean. You can buy a mount to attach that swivels to allow horizontal and vertical positioning.

• Yes. I still have the box. It says that you can use your phone with included adapter in both directions.
