QuestionAs I write this question on 11/23/17, my gamers club discount does not show up on this one title in my cart. Why isn't this title eligible for the 20 percent off?

- Answer All Black Friday items and cyber Monday items is excluded from gamer club discount since they deactivated this is 3 year I believe they done this. After cyber Monday they reactivity the discount and can get the gamer club discount.

QuestionI pre ordered weeks ago. It's now 10pm thursady and I still haven't got a confirmation e-mail saying my copy is ready. If I go to the mid-nite launch is my copy going to be there? Also the money is on credit card total balance but no line item is shown.
