“How does the return policy on this item work? Can we return the entire bundle and get a full refund or will they charge for the game and refund the console cost?”

• I purchased an Xbox bundle and when it was lost in delivery by Fedex I was charged for the game. I was forced to order another Xbox then got the next gift card as expected but to date have not been able to get the purchase of the first game bundle to be refunded for the game.
