Yeah? Just air pedal when going faster than 20 mph. Non e-bikes go faster than 20mph all the time. Perfectly legal….if pedaling
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should check your local ordinances and see what works for you. If you off-road it, the class doesn't matter. The bike can be set to Class I, II, III, or IV via app (uses bluetooth). You can't set the class unless you use the app. So yes, it goes up to 31mph even in Class IV and faster if you're going downhill. If you leave in Class II mode, then I think the speed is capped.

Via our Super73 app, our bikes have the ability to switch Class Modes based on the preference of the rider. We have Class Modes I and II, which operate within the Class II E-Bike laws, Class Mode III, which operates under Class III E-Bike laws, and "Unlimited Mode," which unlocks the full potential and wattage of the bike's motor. "Unlimited Mode" is not recommended for public roads/trails and we advise that this mode only be used on private property. I hope this helps!
