- Answer Hey Al, we'd be happy to answer this question for you! All Best Buy Super73 models are sold packaged direct from the factory. With that being said, our RX model(along with all of our other bike models) comes 90% assembled straight out of the box! All you have to do on your end is mount the handlebars, screw on the pedals, and lock the battery in!

- Answer I love my RX. It's not going to be the best fit for dirt/mountain bike trails in my opinion. I'm 6' so it's hard for me to say whether it would be a good fit for you. You should probably reach out to Super73 directly to get the best answers. They reply quickly and accurately in my opinion. I love the bike but your question is not as specific as it should be...

QuestionCan the battery be charged on a 220 ? Or is it 110 only ?

- Answer Hey Shamil, thanks for reaching out with this question! Our RX, along with all of our other bike models, have standard 110v charging compatibility. As long as said 220v outlets included traditional 110v adaptors, it will work with our bike's chargers no problem!

QuestionIt states up to 28mph, but specs shows as e-bike classification class 2 , that electric motor shuts off when you reach 20mph??? I got to pedal it up to 28mph???? 😳

- Answer No you can use the throttle all they way up to top speed the mode you are in will limit the top speed.

- Answer I may be wrong, but as far as I know this model is no longer sold by manufacturer on their official website, it was replaced by some newer models. It’s possible it’s sold out at this point.

- Answer Yes- they can't turn on the 28+ speed unless it's activated through the app and validated by drivers license. However, kids will be hooligans regardless of the speed ;-)

- Answer Hi there! Great question! Our bike's are not totally waterproof but they are water resistent. The water resistant rating of the electrical components on the bike varies from component to component from IP44 to IPX6. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

QuestionI'm thinking of buying this bike for college rides, etc, is it safe does it have any function that comes with it to make it safe or would we have to take care of that, college does have a bike parking area so just asking.

- Answer Matt - I lock my bike up using a Very Large bike lock. As these are expensive E-bikes, I think it's better to be safe than sorry. Spend the money and purchase a heavy-duty bike lock; I purchased mine from a Motorcycle shop. I wrap it around the battery and although cumbersome, it is a great piece of mind that your bike is secure. I lock it up in a bike rack or other conspicuous place. I do not worry about the battery being stolen as it is securely already locked in. Good Luck.

QuestionThis does not seem to be legal in most places, based on the product description? It says it is Class II, but can go faster than 20 mph? Class III bikes can go 28mph, but only with pedaling. Ebikes can only have 750W motor, this has 2000W?

- Answer Yeah? Just air pedal when going faster than 20 mph. Non e-bikes go faster than 20mph all the time. Perfectly legal….if pedaling

QuestionWith the awkward pedal positioning, why the choice for a thumb throttle? Seems to be an afterthought for a bike with a 2000W motor. ;

- Answer The pedaling is a bit awkward especially when you go above 15 mph. But at level 2 and even level 3 you can pedal 3 times and you just coast. Very useful as when I commute to work as I am constantly stoping and pedaling a bit to give way to pedestrians or stop for street lights. Personally I thought I’d never use the pedals but I actually do use them and it’s not that awkward when you get used to it
