Please try again later.We take ours to a local bike shop for replacement and repairs of the tubes / tires (which we have blown 2 already - but we have now remedied that and there will be no more flats). The tubes are pretty large and not a normal stock item so I would recommend you order a couple extras to keep on hand. Our bike shop even recommended keeping an extra tire too since it would take time to order a replacement if it was damaged.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can go to any electric or regular bike shop in your area and ask for tune up. In regard to tune ups though it is limited to certain areas like wheels, chain, gear, brakes, etc. However you can just put it together and just keep the pressure in the tires at about 31psi and ride without worrying. So far everything has been sturdy and great for me and it’s been over 2 months since I bought it.
