I don't understand the question. Did you order it online to be picked up at your local store, and you had to wait for the charger to be picked? If you have your online account with Best Buy set up with your e-mail, or phone # they will contact you when it's ready to be picked up. This pandemic makes things go buy a bit slower. Was the charger not at your local store when you ordered it online that it had to come from the warehouse, and then the charger was delivered to your local store in normal delivery? Your order would still be coming from the warehouse. Unfortunately store reps do not know half the time, what comes shipped day to day, until it is received. As of right now the Go Pro Supercharger is on clearance for $27.99, which means it comes shipped from the warehouse.
