Is this new or used the supernatural blue docs null

That is so uncalled for I rather I have a complete series that wasn t used at all that is a rip off for something that is used I rather return it and get one that is new because what if the Blu-ray Disc doesn’t work and freeze. It will be the seller fault for giving us used discs

Used. It doesn't ship from Best Buy, it's a third party vendor and the receipt lists it as repackaged
