Red flashing light won't turn off null

All you need to do is turn the hover board power off and sit your board on flat surface and line up the pedals so they are even and then press the power button and hold down on it for 20 seconds while it is calibrating the balance. The red light will go off and your board should be back to normal. Sometimes the hover board becomes off balance. Th We looked on youtube and got this info.

Turn your hover board power button off. Then set your board on a flat surface and line up your board even so the foot pads are even with each other and then turn on the power but hold pressing on the button for 20 seconds. Turn it off again and turn it on and your problem is fixed.
