Yes you can turn wdr on or off

These cameras are great for digital when your customer doesn't want to spend much on digital or in a hurry, in my case. Without saying it is specifically a low lux, or wide dynamic range pickup, the cameras hold their own and light years ahead in quality compared to HD TVI analogs.
