1) 77 degrees, according to the specs. I actually think it seems like more than that. 2) No, there is nothing included with the system. You would have to buy a separate UPS or hook it up to a backup generator. 3) There is no secure enclosure included with the system, but there are such enclosures available for sale from a number of sellers on the internet.
