I just got mine a few days ago, and i see a enable/disable alarm output management (bell icon) on the swan view plus app. But after speaking with tech support, they advised me that the app is used for several different systems and the function i see is not compatible with this system, they said I only can use email alerts (no text alerts) that will alert me every 1,3 to 5 minutes depending on preference and also will send a snap pic if i check the box enable on my dvr to send threw email, so the app alert will not notify you when an alarm is triggered, sadly to say i was not able to install email notification either due to it not being updated, they lastly are going to send me a update threw email to put on a usb and then to be inserted into my dvr, hopefully it will work, but note you cannot use 64 gig or higher on this system, it will not work. Its probably best to use 16 or 32
