Thanks for your question. It is preferable to go with a wired cable connection between the NVR box and your router as a wired connection is stable and highly reliable. However if your setup does not allow this then Swann sell a WiFi antenna as an accessory which you can use instead: https://us.swann.com/swacc-usbwifi/ -SD, Swann Team
