I have issues getting on it but once I start going I’m fine I do agree this bike is meant for tall people in 5’5” and basically need a step stool an to hold on top something to be able to straddle this bike

The seat and frame sits high and the seat can only adjust higher so if you have short legs you may have issues getting your feet on the ground while sitting. My adjusted seat to ground length is like 38" which is comfortable for me. I'm 6' tall and my leg is 36" from bottom of foot to middle of crotch. The absolute lowest the seat can go is about 36.5" from top of seat to the ground. So if you don't want to lean too much when stopped/have to use your tippy toes to make ground contact then you should have a foot to crotch length of like 34.5".
