“I see the battery is intended to last 600 charging cycles and not intended to be removed until it needs replacing. What is the cost of a replacement battery? Thanks”

Best Buy can NOT replace this battery. If you call the store or Geek Squad, they do NOT know how to do this.

Hey there! We'd be happy to replace your VOLT ebike in the event that the battery arrives defective or damaged. After the battery has reached the end of its lifespan, we only recommend using SWFT-approved batteries to avoid causing any damage to your e-bike. We are currently working with bike-repair partners to be able to help replace spare parts soon and will have updates on rideswft.com in the coming months.

Batteries can be replaced by the Geek Squad or a bike repair center. SWFT currently does not sell replacements, but 600 charge cycles x 32 miles per charge come out to 19,200 miles, so-
