You should be able able to get 3 days of commuting on one charge using pedal assist just make sure to check the battery level using the charging unit. do not rely on the battery indicator on the bike computer. this bike is good for commuting in terms of power & range. you will not get terribly sweaty or exhausted. but beware, this bike is not designed to carry any cargo. you will need a large backpack to carry clothes, water, phone, etc. other things to know: this bike is heavy, if there are any stairs involved either at home or your work destination, it will not be pleasant. getting the bike moving after a stop {such as a red light} takes a great deal more effort than a conventional bike. it takes about two pedal revolutions for the assist to kick in or you can just use the throttle. due to the power of the motor, the braking distance is greater as compared to a conventional bike.. . cold weather will adversely adverse the battery performance. a dead battery will make even a slight incline a major chore. I've always tried to avoid riding in the rain and I certainly wouldn't do it with an electric bike if you monitor your battery & adjust your riding style you will have a great alternative mode of transportation. ENJOY!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. It would work well for commuting and would easily handle six miles per day.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yeah that is nothing. Bike claims 37 miles on full charge but you are averaging 20-26 miles depending on many factors suck as conditions terrains and how often you use pedal assist and just throttle.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think it’s perfect for 6 mi distance
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can ride triple that daily, I do. I think it depends on what surface you ride on. Streets, smooth bike paths are great. I use mine on dirt trails and riding around car shows and race tracks. I think for commuting I would look at a larger tire bike, mostly for comfort.
